A Jewish Customs inspector at Champlain, N.Y., says he was fired on a pretext after enduring anti-Semitic comments and acts, including swastikas and other Nazi symbols stuck to his locker. Brian Israel sued Michael Chertoff in a pro se complaint in Plattsburgh Federal Court.
