Gov. Blagojevich Whacked Again

CHICAGO (CN) - As if he didn't have enough problems, Gov. Rod Blagojevich has been sued in Cook County Court by two citizens who claim he failed to appoint anyone to fill two vacancies on the Education Funding Advisory Board. Plaintiffs claim that "some or all of the remaining members have served beyond the regular 4-year terms provided by the EFAB statute," and that the task of appointing new members is not discretionary.
