Google’s AdSense Infringes Patent, Man Says

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (CN) - Google's AdSense infringes a patented online accounting system invented by Daniel Wexler of Web Tracking Solutions, Wexler claims in Federal Court. Wexler calls his patent a "third-party online accounting system and method," and claims it is being violated by Google's AdSense, which generates targeted ads by crawling Web pages for repeated words and displaying a group of related ads.
