Google Trespassed For Photos, Says Couple Who Who Want ‘Street View’ Images Spiked

PITTSBURGH (CN) - Google trespassed and invaded a family's privacy to photograph their home for its global mapping system, Google Street View, the homeowners claim in Allegheny County Court. Aaron and Christine Boring say the only way Google could have taken the photos is by entering a concealed driveway, clearly marked as a private road. They demand that images of their home be removed from the Internet and destroyed, and money damages.
