GoodRx must show good behavior for California court

OAKLAND, Calif. — A federal judge in California ordered a series of injunctions against GoodRx after the FTC sued the firm for allegedly sharing health information with third parties. The telemedicine company agreed to the order, waiving its right to appeal the injunctions, which require it to retain certain accounting records for the next 20 years, maintain new privacy programs and certify annually that they are complying with the order.
