MONTEREY, CALIF. (CN) - When its assistant golf pro filed a worker's comp claim, the Monterey Peninsula County Club of Pebble Beach hired a private eye to follow her, harass her and invade her privacy by filming her in her home, in her car, and elsewhere, and fired her illegally to retaliate for her filing the claim, Kimberly Kolstad claims in Monterey County Court.
