MANHATTAN - ACA Financial Guaranty Corp., a bond insurer, demands $90 million from Goldman Sachs, treble damages for an investment portfolio that ACA claims Goldman allowed its hedge fund client, nonparty Paulson & Co. to select, so Paulson could profit by short-selling the portfolio, Goldman Sachs could take fees, and ACA would eat it.
