A California appeals court upheld an arbitration award that found the Golden State Warriors must continue servicing debt incurred to fund arena improvements. The basketball team failed to exercise its option to renew the agreement for its use of the Oracle Arena, which constitutes a “termination" that triggers the debt servicing obligation.
