GM v. Fiat Chrysler

CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit upheld the dismissal of racketeering claims filed by General Motors against Fiat Chrysler claiming it engaged in corrupt labor relations with the United Auto Works union, finding GM cannot show bribes directly led to its increased labor costs.
