GIV Held Liable For Not Delivering Flu Vaccine

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Federal Court held General Injectables & Vaccines responsible for failing to deliver flu vaccines to the U.S. government for the 2004-2005 flu season after its Liverpool, U.K., supplier had its license suspended for three months when inspectors found vaccines contaminated with bacteria.
