‘Girls Gone Wild’ Franchise Sued Again

(CN) - "Girls Gone Wild" producers pulled down a woman's top to expose her breasts, and used the footage for a video without her permission, Jane Doe claims in City Court.

The woman claims the incident occurred in September 2005 at the Rum Jungle bar. She accuses the defendants of invasion of privacy and battery.

It's the latest in a string of lawsuit against Joe Francis, owner of the soft-core porn franchise. Many of the lawsuits claim that Francis' crews got underage women drunk for the purpose of filming them in various stages of undress. Last week, the woman alleged to be the prostitute "Kristen," whose date with Eliot Spitzer led to the New York governor's resignation, sued Francis.

The Jane Doe in this case is represented by Stephen Evans. Named as defendants are MRA Holding, Mantra Films, and Joseph Francis.
