Girl Says Boy Filmed Drunken Rape

BATON ROUGE (CN) - Boys challenged a high school girl to a drinking contest in an empty house, then one raped her while another recorded it and later showed the pictures to their high school football team, the girl claims in court.

The mother of M.B. sued five sets of parents individually and on behalf of their minor children, in East Baton Rouge Parish Court.

She claims a defendant girl let the four boys and her daughter into an unoccupied house owned by her father. There, at the boys' behest, they had a drinking contest, from which M.B. "passed out," the complaint states.

She claims one of the defendant boys raped her while she was unconscious, and confessed as much to the Baton Rouge Police Department.

A second defendant "took a picture of [the first boy] raping M.B.," the complaint states.

This boy then "showed the subject picture to others including, but not limited to, members of the Parkview Baptist High School football team," the complaint states.

He also texted the photo to the rapist and the girl who invited them to her father's house, according to the lawsuit.

M.B. was so humiliated she tried to kill herself, her mother says in the complaint.

She seeks damages for medical expenses, trauma, loss of consortium, the cost of home-schooling, and wantonness and recklessness.

The mother and daughter are represented by Stephanie Possa with Tyler & Possa.
