A federal court in Massachusetts dismissed a ghost tour company’s suit challenging a Covid-19-related order that restricts the size of outdoor guided walking tours in the state, finding the restriction does not violate the company’s First or Fourteenth Amendment rights.

BOSTON — A federal court in Massachusetts dismissed a ghost tour company’s suit challenging a Covid-19-related order that restricts the size of outdoor guided walking tours in the state, finding the restriction does not violate the company’s First or 14th Amendment rights.
