George Zimmerman Arrested Again

ORLANDO (CN) - Trayvon Martin's killer George Zimmerman was arrested again Monday in Florida and charged with domestic violence and aggravated assault: he allegedly pointed a gun at his girlfriend.

Police were called to Samantha Scheibe's home in Apopka, northwest of Orlando, at about 1 p.m. Scheibe told them Zimmerman had pushed her out of her house and barricaded the door with furniture, according to local media and The Associate Press.

Seminole County Chief Deputy Dennis Lemma said at a news conference that Zimmerman was compliant and unarmed.

Lemma said Scheibe gave deputies a key to the house and they were able to push the door open.

Zimmerman, 30, was charged with domestic violence, aggravated assault with a weapon, battery and criminal mischief.

In a 911 call released Monday, Scheibe said she asked Zimmerman to leave and he pointed a gun at her and broke her stuff.

"I'm doing this again? You just broke my glass table, you just broke my sunglasses and you put your gun in my freaking face ... get out of my house!" Scheibe said on the 911 call. "Do not push me out of my house! Are you kidding me? He just pushed me out of my house and locked me out."

Zimmerman also called 911. He told police his girlfriend was pregnant with their child and had gone crazy.

"She was throwing my stuff out and one of the bags was one of my firearms ... I never pulled a firearm. I never displayed it. When I was packing I'm sure she saw it. We keep it next to the bed," Zimmerman said in his 911 call. "I just want everyone to know the truth."

Scheibe told police she is not pregnant.

"He knows how to do this," Scheibe said in her call. "He knows how to play this game."

Zimmerman told the dispatcher he did not want to go outside and speak with police because they would just "do the same thing you did before."

Zimmerman was arrested, to be held with no bond until his first court appearance today at 1:30 p.m. Police said he is being held in a single cell away from other inmates.

This is Zimmerman's second arrest since he was acquitted in July of killing Trayvon Martin.

In September, his estranged wife Shellie called police to her parents' home, claiming Zimmerman was causing a disturbance and had broken her iPad.

No charges were filed in that case.
