Gas Pipeline Builder Sues Indiana County

INDIANAPOLIS (CN) - Rockies Express Pipeline claims Decatur County illegally adopted a law that will prevent it from building a natural gas pipeline through the county to the Midwest and Eastern United States. It claims the county law violates the Natural Gas Act, the powers of the Federal Energy Regulatory Committee, and the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution.
