Gas Company Loses Claim Over Neighbor’s Gas Profit

DENVER (CN) - Kansas-based Northern Natural Gas Co. lost its claim for damages in the 10th Circuit against Nash Gas & Oil Co., a company that allegedly profited from several billion cubic feet of natural gas that had migrated from Northern's underground storage field into Nash's nearby gas reservoir.
