BRONX (CN) - A family claims that Granby's Funeral Service returned them a box that it said contained the clothes of their late father, who drowned, and when they opened it they found his internal organs.
The complaint in Bronx County Court claims the incident happened in 1998. It does not state why the family waited 10 years to sue. The family is represented by Steven Capobianco of Freeport, N.Y.
