HACKENSACK, N.J. (CN) - A New Jersey man claims he fell and injured himself trying to retrieve his "hysterical" 3-year-old daughter, who entered Boomer's Fun House at the East Brunswick Fair, but quickly became "disoriented, distressed, upset and began to cry."
Wieslaw and Anita Ciesla have sued fun-house owner Johnson's Funn Factory and its operator, Jyhyda Wilson, in Bergen County Superior Court, seeking reimbursement for Wieslaw's medical bills and lost wages.
The couple claim Wilson refused to help them remove their frightened daughter, who was simply "scared and unsure of what to do."
