FTC Wins Ruling Against Canadian Telemarketers

CHICAGO (CN) - A federal judge has ordered a group of Canadian individuals and corporations, collectively known as Pacific Liberty, to pay nearly $5 million for their role in a cross-border telemarketing scheme that cost U.S. consumers millions of dollars.
