FTC Wants ‘Credit Repairer’ Shut Down

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Tracy Ballard defrauds consumers by charging them $3,000 to $4,000 for bogus "credit repair" through her unregistered companies, Successful Credit Service and Success Credit Services, the FTC claims in Federal Court. It wants the Woodland Hills-based defendants' assets frozen, fines and an injunction.
