FTC Sues Diet Supplement Pushers

LOS ANGELES (CN) - JAB Ventures and its boss, Jason Brailow, pushed "free" dietary supplements through unsolicited emails and Web sites, then charged customers $98 every 2 months for the next 6 months, the FTC claims in Federal Court. The FTC says the Utah-based defendants pushed Hoodia Gordonii and other stuff through the scam.
