FTC Retains 30-Day Ship Rule for Solicitations

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Federal Trade Commission will retain its Mail and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which prohibits retailers from soliciting mail or telephone order sales unless they reasonably expect that the merchandise can be delivered within 30 days.
