FTC Demands $2M From Canadian Con Man

CHICAGO (CN) - The FTC got a $2 million summary judgment from a Canadian con man who took $2 million from U.S. businesses by billing for goods and services they never ordered and for ads in nonexistent publications. Michael Robert Petreikis aka William George Fisk aka Michael Kelly is serving a 4-year prison sentence in Canada.

Also named as defendants in the federal injunction and final judgment are Gerhard Mintz, Emma G. Wanjiku and 1522838 Ontario Inc.
