‘Friday the 13th’

HARTFORD, Conn. — Fighting attempts by Victor Miller to terminate its ownership of "Friday the 13th," Horror Inc. says in a federal complaint that it is the successor to the film's financer, which bought the rights to the film from Manny Co., the entity it says Miller tapped to work for hire because he had never written a horror screenplay.
