CINCINNATI — Finding privacy concerns outweigh the value of the documents, the Sixth Circuit rejected a Cincinnati Enquirer reporter’s records request seeking documents related to a U.S. attorney’s decision not to charge a state prosecutor with obstruction of justice over his purported links to drug buyers.
