Free The Halibut 10!

VANCOUVER, B.C. (CN) - The Queen of England, the Canadian Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and the Pacific Halibut Management Association of British Columbia are accused of unconstitutionally withholding 10 percent of fishing quotas from halibut fishermen and selling the rights to pay for fisheries management.
