PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland State University professor won his requested preliminary injunction against the school’s equity and inclusion office, whose officer had blocked him from the division’s Twitter account after he tweeted the phrase “all men are created equal” in reply to one of its tweet about interrupting racism. The school’s social media account may not hide, mute or delete his tweets.
