Free Delivery, My Foot, Class Tells Office Depot

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A class action claims Office Depot "intentionally misleads consumers into making more expensive purchases by promising free delivery on purchases that meet or exceed a specific dollar amount, yet it nevertheless assesses delivery charges and/or fuel charges for delivery on those purchases despite its express written and oral representations to the contrary."

The class is represented in Superior Court by Mitch Kalcheim of Beverly Hills.
