Fraud Alleged In Sale Of Global Link

CHICAGO (CN) - The Harris bank demands $56 million from Olympus Partners, claiming it defrauded investors in the $128 million sale of Global Link Logistics, an insolvent cargo company whose putative profits Olympus manipulated through fraudulent bookkeeping.

Here are the defendants in Federal Court: Olympus Partners LP, a Delaware LP; Olympus Executive Fund LP, a Delaware LP; Louis Mischianti; David Cardnenas; Keith Heffernan; CJR World Enterprises Inc., a Florida corp.; Chad Rosenberg; Gerald Benjamin; Edward Casas; and CBW Key Employee Capital II LLC, a Delaware LLC.
