Fraud Alleged at Mortgage Company

SANTA ANA, Calif. (CN) - Shareholders of Agire Mortgage Corp. claim the company's new majority owners secretly "expropriated the main asset of Agire to a newly created company that they own," defrauding the minority shareholders.

The shareholders derivative complaint names Ron D'Vari, James Frischling, Newoak Capital, Alfed E. Osborne Jr., and Agire Mortgage Corp. as defendants.
