Fraud

The SEC sued Joe Leland Tarver, of Lubbock, Texas and his companies Rock and Roll Cycles and Cycle for Life, which allegedly make and sell tricycles for disabled children, claiming he diverted to himself much of the $491,000 he raised and to make Ponzi payments, in federal court.

LUBBOCK, Texas — The SEC brought a federal complaint against Joe Leland Tarver, of Lubbock, Texas, and his companies Rock and Roll Cycles and Cycle for Life, which allegedly make and sell tricycles for disabled children, claiming he diverted to himself much of the $491,000 he raised and to make Ponzi payments.
