The former CFO of Autonomy Corp., was sentenced Monday to five years in federal prison for juggling the books before the software company was sold to Hewlett-Packard for $11.7 billion in 2011.

SAN FRANCISCO — Sushovan Hussain, former CFO of Autonomy Corp., was sentenced Monday to five years in federal prison on 14 counts of conspiracy and one count each of conspiracy and write fraud, for juggling the books before the software company was sold to Hewlett-Packard for $11.7 billion in 2011.
