NEW HAVEN, Conn. – A federal court in Connecticut dismissed a group of female undergraduate students’ Title IX claims against a group of fraternities, housing companies and Yale University relating to fraternities’ refusal to allow female members. One of the students has, however, plausibly claimed a hostile educational environment based on her allegations of being sexually assaulted and witnessing other assaults at fraternity events.
