QUEENS – After finding Trevor Duffy passed out in a shower on “handle night,” a party in which fraternity pledges were encouraged to drink 1.75 liters of vodka, the Epsilon Gamma chapter of Zeta Beta Tau fraternity dragged the student out onto the front lawn to defray police attention, Duffy’s family claims in court, nearly a year to the day of his death at the State University of New York, Albany.
