Fracking Earthquakes

Three lawsuits from 205 plaintiffs <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Fracking.Quakes.pdf"><strong>claim in Tulsa County Court</strong></a> that Berexco LLC and 22 other oil and gas companies damaged their properties and trespassed by injecting underground waste liquids from fracking, multiplying the number of Oklahoma earthquakes more than 300-fold, “from a maximum of 167 before 2009 to 5,838 in 2015.”

TULSA, Okla. — Three lawsuits from 205 plaintiffs claim in Tulsa County Court that Berexco LLC and 22 other oil and gas companies damaged their properties and trespassed by injecting underground waste liquids from fracking, multiplying the number of Oklahoma earthquakes more than 300-fold, “from a maximum of 167 before 2009 to 5,838 in 2015.”
