PHILADELPHIA (CN) - Fox Television Stations of Philadelphia defamed a man and cost him his job as head of event services for co-defendant Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority by falsely accusing him of inappropriate conduct on the Internet with a 15-year-old girl, David Morgenstern claims in Federal Court. He says the girl claimed she was 23.
