Fox News beats defamation suit

WILMINGTON, Del. — A federal court in Delaware dismissed the defamation complaint brought against Fox News by the former executive director of Department of Homeland Security’s the now-defunct Disinformation Governance Board. The former director, Nina Jankowicz, failed to show how Fox’s commentators made false statements or statements that were more than mere expressions of opinion, so she couldn’t support a defamation claim.
