Fourth Circuit

LABOR, CLASS ACTIONS – The Fourth Circuit ruled that the Fair Labor Standards Act pre-empted the breach of contract, negligence and fraud claims in a class action brought by about 1,600 workers at a Sara Lee’s bakery in North Carolina.
