Foster Care Payments

A federal court in Kentucky certified a class of children and caregivers involved in dependency, abuse and neglect proceedings who claim the policies of the state’s Cabinet for Health and Family Services and Department for Community Based Services have unlawfully denied them foster care maintenance payments.
