Fort Hood Military Policeman Went Wild

AUSTIN, Texas (CN) - A military police officer lured two women to Fort Hood and forced them into sex at gunpoint under threat of arrest for prostitution, the women say in separate lawsuits.

Antione Williams convicted in 2013 of 30 violations of the Uniformed Code of Military Justice, the Fort Hood Sentinel reported. A military judge sentenced him to 50 years in prison and a dishonorable discharge. He is serving his time in Fort Leavenworth military prison.

One of the women says Williams forced her to perform oral sex on him behind a convenience store.

The other woman says he raped her at an abandoned house at gunpoint and "was not allowed to leave until he finished."

Rebecca Linke sued the United States and Williams in Waco Federal Court, Tabitha Bratcher sued Williams and the United States in Austin Federal. They both say Williams used his status as a military policeman to facilitate his sexual assault on them.

"When Rebecca arrived at the housing project of Fort Hood during the late evening of April 28 she was confronted by Williams in his military uniform and military police car," Linke says in her complaint.

"He told her she was being apprehended as part of a prostitution sting and took her into custody. He then took her to an abandoned house at Fort Hood. When she arrived at the abandoned house Williams forced Rebecca to have sex with him at gunpoint. She was not allowed to leave until he finished. He then told her to run."

Bratcher describes a similar scenario. She claims she knew Williams from prior occasions, because he "hired prostitutes often and frequented websites such as Craigslist or Backpage," according to her lawsuit.

Bratchger claims that after Williams arrested her as part of an alleged "prostitution sting," he drove her to a public area behind a convenience store.

"He then told her to get out of her car. When Tabitha got out of her car he then forced her to perform oral sex on him or face possible jail time," she says in her complaint.

"Williams had previously lured other prostitutes in the same manner, and had bragged about his crimes to other military law enforcement personnel who took no action to punish him or stop him," both women say in their complaints.

They seek damages for negligence, emotional pain, torment, and suffering "experienced only by one who has suffered sexual assault and threats of severe bodily harm."

They are represented by Craig Carlson of Austin.
