A federal judge granted Cascadia Wildlands’ request that the Bureau of Land Management be ordered “to issue a new environmental assessment that adequately discloses and analyzes the likely increase of fire hazard to adjacent communities, (and) make it available for public review and comment,” regarding logging in the Willamalane Park and Recreation District in Oregon.
