ALEXANDRIA, Va. (CN) - A Hong Kong-based pornographer claims a Lebanese company is horning in on its action and violating its trademark.
Plaintiff Bright Imperial says it runs a porn site that "provides online services including displaying licensed adult videos and providing an online dating service for its users."
It claims that Flowers Lebanon Delivery has the brass to run a similar site, distinguished only by .US tacked on at the end.
Bright Imperial wants an injunction transferring ownership of the site to it, compensatory damages to be determined at trial and $100,000 in statutory damages.
It is represented in Federal Court by Sheldon Kline with Sheppard Mullin.
The names of the websites are available in the posted link to the complaint.
