Foreign Exchange Student Flees To France

LAS LUNAS, N.M. (CN) - A French citizen says Terra Lingua USA charged him $8,000 to become a foreign exchange student at Las Lunas School District, then stuck him with a host family who housed him in a trailer with seven people and 12 Chihuahuas, and subjected him to other abuses.

The stress and negligent medical care left him vomiting and in pain, forcing his parents to come to the USA after only three months and take him back to France, he says in Valencia County Court.
