GREENLAND, Md. — A federal court in Maryland found in favor of a private boys’ school in Maryland that was sued by a Spanish exchange student’s parents, who say their son was sodomized by his host parent while attending the Maryland school. The family could not show how the school was responsible for the host’s actions.
