Foreclosure Scams

Jason L. Lynn, now of Marion, Ohio, and his company, Superior Financial Group, of Superior, Colo., defrauded people through "unlawful foreclosure consulting services," the Colorado attorney general claims in Denver County Court. The state filed a similar complaint against Patrick Brunner, Jerry Ohu, Gregory Hoffman, William Schultz, Fortune Financial Group, and Platinum Financial Group, in the same court.
