FORT LAUDERDALE - The Florida attorney general accuses these defendants of running foreclosure scams: Freedom Quest Financial Corp., Liberty Foreclosure Solutions, Janus Realty Group, Gabriel Souza, and Manuel Frade, all of Hollywood, Fla., in Broward County Court. The state sued Anthony Ferlanti, Emmanuele Zuccarelli, and Elect Group on similar charges in the same court.
