Foreclosure ‘Rescue’

New Hope Property aka New Hope Modifications ran a foreclosure rescue scam, according to six families who say they bought 20 properties as part of the "home rescue program," in Camden, N.J. Federal Court.

Here are the defendants in the New Hope case: New Hope Property LLC aka New Hope Modifications, Brian Mammoccio, Donna Fisher, American Home Lending, Woodbury Title Agency, Woodbury Abstract of PA, Efthemios Velahos, Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Wells Fargo Bank, Wachovia Mortgage, GMAC Mortgage, Chase Home Finance, CitiMortgage, Freedom Mortgage Corp., RCS, TMR Appraisal Services, Multiregion Appraisals, and Lawyers Title Insurance.
