Defendant Alimansky Capital Group is also known as Alimansky & Bethell. Ford also sued David N. Roberts, senior managing director of Angelo Gordon, and William H. Bethell, a partner in Alimansky.
Ford demands at least $83 million, in New York County Court. It is represented by Dennis Tracey III of Hogan & Hartson.
