We reported Tuesday in this spot on a sexual harassment case filed against an executive of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group, a division of NBCUniversal. That complaint is being withdrawn Wednesday, and the plaintiff lawyer has alerted us that the claims were based on a scam on both parties. Courthouse News does not want to propagate this deception practiced on the parties and has removed the original posting.
