ATLANTA (CN) – A class-action lawsuit claims the All American Football League defrauded its players by signing them to contracts of $50,000 a year or more and then canceling the 2008 season before it began, in breach of contract. Six named plaintiffs say in Fulton County Court that they gave up other jobs and relied on AAFL President Marcus Katz’s promises.
